“I recently had the pleasure of meeting Lauren at a show called Ealing Has Talent where she was hosting the show. I was one of the judges for the show and I thought she did a great job. She was very professional with a bright and bubbly personality. I believe she has a great future ahead of her in presenting.” – Dean Coulson, Celebrity Talent Agent (Shalit Global)

“Lauren is a fiercely ambitious, bright young talent to watch out for in the new decade. She puts thought and care into doing the best job she can, and gets it right every time.
She’s genuinely one of those rare people who have so many strengths, it’s almost annoying – she’ll turn her hand to anything! I’m always excited to hear what she’s planning next.” – Johnny Ikon, Celebrity Gossip Guru (

“I recently appeared at a large charity event which was being hosted by Lauren. She was the total professional, working the audience and making sure all the acts and special guests felt at ease. Welcome to Lauren V’s official website! For everything you want to know about the TV and Radio presenter, please read on….

Lauren V is a British Television and Radio presenter. She was born in the North West London suburb of Edgware but spent a lot of her childhood between there and her parents’ homeland, Israel. Although being quite shy as a little girl, according to her family she had a mouth on her and put that to good use by starting acting classes at the age of 7 at her local drama school. She continued with this until the age of 14 where she enrolled part time at the Sharon Harris Theatre School. Lauren started acting in TV, theatre and films and at 16, when she left school, went on to study Performing Arts.

After further studies at the London Actors Workshop and The Actors Centre, Lauren went on to appear in many TV and Film productions alongside actors such as Lenny Henry, Ross Kemp, Brittany Murphy and Catherine Tate but given her love of people and live television, decided she was very interested in presenting. Lauren landed herself a presenting job at the Sky channel, Fame TV and presented as many live events as possible on the side.

It was her love of music (and talking!) that led Lauren to radio, when she saw that Westside Radio 89.6FM, in West London, were looking for a female presenter to co-present on the Breakfast show. She started presenting on the Big Breakfast, alongside Big Brother 4’s Gos, in November 2007. She now presents the Drivetime Show alongside co-presenter DJ Drapes. Lauren has been praised by producers and presenters alike and is used for many of the live events that the radio station holds, such as Destination Catwalk, live event, Uxbridge Shopping Centre Christmas lights switch on, Ealing Has Talent and many more. Lauren also voices many of the stations jingles and adverts.

Lauren’s talents don’t just end here, she also runs her own company, JayLa Enterprises, which incorporates club promotions, DJ representation and Interior Design (something Lauren studied in between). Her club nights are famous throughout London as she hosts parties for some of the worlds’ most famous celebrities such as Paris Hilton, Kelly Rowland, Ashley Cole, Danny Dyer, Will Smith and many more. Lauren has recently sold the event side of the business to concentrate on Interior Design and Presenting. She designs houses for many high profile clients and her signature style – Eclectic Elegance – has been praised by industry insiders as well as her own clients who admire Lauren’s unique use of fabrics, textures and colours.

Since the release of her autobiography in April 2010, about her ongoing struggles with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis and how she overcomes it with the help of homeopathy and complimentary therapies, Lauren has become trustee of the British Homeopathic Association, acts as patient spokesperson for the Royal London Hospital for Integrated Medicine and is currently having meetings at the Houses of Parliament in a campaign to get the NHS to help families of children with illnesses receive more support.
